We needed to sell a property with a main house that needed much repair, meaning it would be difficult to sell to buyers reliant on conventional financing. The property also has an unusually large secondary structure that would be valuable to the right buyer. Ken Neufeld used his network of contacts to quickly get multiple bids after listing the property, in addition to those that came in via MLS and advertising. Ken provided excellent advice in evaluating the different offers beyond the topline price so we could know which were serious and likely to close and which were more likely to fall through. In the end, we felt good about selling to someone who would take advantage of the full potential of the property.
